12.1 Either party may terminate services with:

• Immediate termination for breach of these terms
• Completion of specific project deliverables

12.2 Upon Termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
• Client data will be handled according to our data retention policies
